“Pilates should never feel one-size-fits-all.”

Sepideh has over 10 years of experience teaching classical and contemporary Pilates internationally.

She founded Sépilates to teach the way she believes Pilates should be taught: privately, carefully and with full attention. Every session is planned around the person in front of her: their body, their goals and how they feel that day.

With experience teaching internationally and across a wide range of Pilates environments, Sepideh combines strong foundations with thoughtful, contemporary programming. This is Pilates with attention, purpose and genuine connection.

Her approach

Strong foundations, thoughtful programming, real attention.

Sépilates was created from a belief that Pilates should never feel one-size-fits-all. Three things shape every session with Sepideh.

Strong foundations

Sepideh's extensive background in movement and training across classical and contemporary Pilates means every session is built on precise, well-taught fundamentals: breathing, alignment and control.

Thoughtful, contemporary programming

Those foundations are combined with modern programming on the Reformer, the Cadillac and the Mat, adapted to challenge, support and progress your body at your own pace.

Attention and connection

Every session is intentionally designed around the person in front of her: their body, their goals and how they feel that day. You are never one of a crowd.

Classical and contemporary

Classical and contemporary Pilates, in one private studio.

Classical Pilates follows the original method created by Joseph Pilates, with its precise sequences and its focus on control, breath and a strong centre.

Contemporary Pilates keeps those principles and brings in today's understanding of movement, so exercises can be adapted for different bodies, injuries and stages of life, including pregnancy and recovery.

Sepideh draws on both. You get the depth and discipline of the classical method with the flexibility of a contemporary approach, so each session is safe, effective and right for you on the day. Find out more about Reformer Pilates and its benefits, or see sessions and prices.
