How booking works
Book your Pilates session in three simple steps.
Everything runs online, so you can book, pay and manage your sessions whenever it suits you.
1. Choose your session
Pick Private 1:1 or Duet 2:1. Pre and postnatal sessions are booked as Private 1:1. There is no separate Mat booking: if you would prefer Mat Pilates, book Private or Duet and email Sepideh before your session. Not sure which is right for you? Read what Reformer Pilates is or the FAQ.
2. Tap a time and pay
The timetable above shows only the times that are free. Tap one, then pay by card or use a Class Pack or Membership. Sessions are 50 minutes, by appointment.
3. Get your arrival details
Your confirmation email includes the studio address and how to arrive. Please arrive at your booked time, and remember that sessions can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice.

Finding the studio
Look for the Sépilates signs.
Sépilates is in a private home in Rustington. You will see the Sépilates sign at the driveway, and the Sépilates plaque on the wooden gate to the studio.
For privacy, the full address is not shown on the website. It is sent with your booking confirmation, together with arrival details. Free off-road parking is available on the driveway. Please arrive at your booked time rather than early.
